I am Certified Yoga teacher in Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga.
My style of teaching is to help you stay connected with yourself through out your practice.
I encourage my students to focus on themselves through their breath and positive thoughts and to let go of wanted to compare themselves to other students abilities.
I also love the healing benefits of yoga for the mind, body and soul.
I offer private lessons and available to teach at your studio or gym.
